May 20, 2015: ProCOAT Wins Supplier of the Year

On Wednesday, May 20th, 2015 ProCOAT was awarded the Small Business Supplier of the Year award by ViaSat, Inc., during their Supply Chain Workshop that was held at their headquarters in Carlsbad, CA.
ProCOAT was recognized for consistently demonstrating their willingness to support product lines, the flexibility to accommodate short notices and challenging schedules, while providing highly reliable and quality on-time deliveries.

December 17, 2010: ProCOAT Recognized by Space Micro, Inc.

On Friday, December 17th, 2010 at an awards luncheon held at the new Space Micro, Inc., facility in San Diego, ProCOAT was awarded a Certificate of Recognition for their contribution to the success of their Top Secret space program.
ProCOAT was instrumental in the on-time delivery of conformal coated boards that were successfully launched into space by NASA. ProCOAT was able to meet the customers demanding time constraints and really went the extra mile by allowing the customer to stay with their product while it was in work.

May 22, 2008: ProCOAT Wins Small Business Sub-Contractor of the Year

On Thursday, May 22, 2008, the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce and the local division of the Small Business Administration gave out awards at the Town and Country Resort and Convention Center.
ViaSat, Inc., in cooperation with the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce awarded ProCOAT the “Small Business Sub-Contractors of the Year” award for consistently demonstrating a willingness to support product lines, the flexibility to accommodate short notice and challenging schedules, while providing highly reliable on-time deliveries.

This certification assures our customers that ProCOAT maintains a well-defined and effective quality management and control system.

ProCOAT adopted IPC-A-610 Class II and Class III, IPC J-STD 001 Class III and NASA-STD 8739.1 as its workmanship standard. An IPC certified training program has been implemented and all personnel have been endorsed by an IPC Certified Instructor. ProCOAT is a member of IPC Association Connecting Electronics Industries. IPC is a U.S. based trade association that provides guidelines and Standards for the design, manufacturing and acceptance of Electronics and electromechanical assemblies.
